This candle is handmade in the La Petite Madeleine workshop from 100% vegetable wax, GMO-free and additive-free. The wick is made of cotton (Oeko-Tex 100). The case, the glass lacquering, and the label are all locally sourced. Each of La Petite Madeleine's olfactory stories was born from a poem. Here is the one that inspired the creation of Pluie de Bergamotes (Bergamot Rain): “I had opened the window early in the morning. In the distance, the sea shone through the leaves. Heavy bergamots danced in the wind, the citrus scents pricked my nose like a rain of sensations.”
