Its innovative, soft, and flexible felt tip makes this eyeliner easy to use, and its pen format allows for precise and controlled application. Main ingredients: charcoal powder, which gives it its charcoal color, and organic cornflower water. The buildable intensity is possible thanks to a plant-based charcoal powder which, combined with a film-forming agent derived from corn, allows for a uniform and even application in a thin layer. It is therefore possible to layer applications until the desired intensity is achieved. The formula, enriched with cornflower water known for its soothing properties, makes it a very gentle eyeliner for the eyelid. Contains no pigment. Airtight packaging to preserve the formula longer.
