THE CREATIONIn 2019, Christine Nagel, Hermès perfumer, created Twilly Eau Poivrée, the olfactory interpretation of the spirited feist of Hermès women.THE OLFACTORY NOTESA spicy Eau de Parfum that expresses its playful character with a spicy pink peppercorn, a tender rose, and a deep patchouli.THE OBJECTDesigned by Florence Manlik, the iconic lantern-shaped bottle is square-cut and clouded with a coral pink. As a final touch of whimsy, a hand-tied silk ribbon around the cap playfully highlights the bottle. Each silk ribbon is unique. THE HERMÈS DETAIL The name of the Twilly d'Hermès fragrance family evokes Hermès' silk craft in two ways: the house's silk twill scarf and the twilly, a small, joyful, and colorful silk ribbon that multiplies the possibilities for wearing it. "The Hermès girls play against the wind, impose their own rhythm, invent a new cadence. I imagined for them another twist as a tribute to their youthful spirit," says Christine Nagel, Hermès perfumer. Twilly Eau Poivrée flows from skin to mind, vibrant and incisive. Three new materials compose its sensuality: a biting, vibrant, and abundant pink peppercorn; a rose heart with adolescent freshness; and an enchanting patchouli. Their essences intertwine, weaving the invisible thread that connects the Hermès girls.
