THE CREATION: A reference to Guy de Maupassant's eponymous novel, Bel Ami eau de toilette celebrates the authenticity of leather. Created in 1986 by perfumer Jean-Louis Sieuzac, the composition interprets the material with as much opulence as character. THE OLFACTORY NOTES A leathery and woody fragrance, Bel Ami eau de toilette affirms the audacious encounter between an enchanting patchouli, deep leather, and sensual labdanum. THE OBJECT Inspired by the lanterns of vintage cars, the bottle is topped with a black cap echoing the riding helmet. A sign of belonging to the Founding Perfumes Collection, the label on the back is illustrated with a drawing by Philippe Dumas.
