THE CREATION Created by Christine Nagel, Hermès perfumer, Un Jardin à Cythère eau de toilette is an astonishing garden, neither green nor flowery, but… blond. The expression of an olfactory quest through the Peloponnese leading to Kythira, a pristine Greek island that has inspired many artists. THE OLFACTORY NOTES: A citrusy and woody fragrance, Un Jardin à Cythère eau de toilette combines the enveloping character of grasses with the strength of olive wood and the tenderness of fresh pistachio. THE BOTTLE: Designed by Fred Rawyler, the bottle is inspired by the lines of vintage car lanterns. The glass is enlivened with a luminous yellow gradient, echoing the sunny fragrance. On the case, artist Elias Kafouros sketches a colorful landscape of his native land: golden grass, the green of olive trees, the pink of fresh pistachios, and, in the background, the blue of the sea.
