The Base Formula Pura nail polish formula by Deborah Milano is composed of 80% natural ingredients derived from potato, corn, wheat, and carrot. Traditional ingredients used to accelerate drying time have been replaced with plant-based substitutes. The nail polish contains a specific resin that ensures long-lasting color and intense shine. Nitrocellulose resin is 80% naturally occurring. The nail polish contains a plant-based softener that makes the polish very durable. You can use this nail polish as a beautiful glossy top coat over your colored nail polish.
